As reported earlier Joe Biden and Kamala Harris proudly displayed their tax filings on the JoeBiden.com webpage.

But then suddenly the documents were taken down and the webpage sent readers to a Democrat fundraising page.

The Gateway Pundit investigated these documents on the Wayback Machine.

Links to their tax filings were originally posted on the joebiden.com financial disclosure webpage in July 2019.

The original list of tax filings included filings from 2016, 2017, and 2018:

The JoeBiden.com financial disclosure webpage still had these tax documents publicly displayed on July 17, 2022.

But then on July 18, 2022 the JoeBiden.com financial disclosure and tax returns page was altered.

Starting on July 18, 2022, the JoeBiden.com webpage linked to the Democrat donation page.

The Biden tax filings are no longer available for public viewing.

As we looked back at this development we asked what else was taking place around this time?

And that’s when we put this together.

Back in June 2022, the FBI visited Mar-a-Lago and rummaged through President Trump’s documents that he legally took from the White House as president when he left in January 2021.

According to The Hill:

During a June visit, he even joined the meeting between agents and unnamed individuals at Mar-A-Lago, shook the hands of agents, and congratulated them on their work.

Agents requested that a stronger lock be placed on the door of a storage room, and later a subpoena was issued for security camera footage from Mar-a-Lago. Trump reportedly complied with this subpoena.

Then on August 8, 2022, the FBI raided President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home. They ransacked his home, sniffed Melania’s undergarments, rummaged through his teen son’s room, and took boxes of legal documents the president took with him when he left the White House.

But before any of this took place, Joe Biden quietly took down his tax documents from his campaign webpage.

Maybe it’s just a coincidence?

NYC Judge Overturns Health Care Worker Vaccine Mandate, Rules Gov. Kathy Hochul and State’s Health Department Overstepped their Authority

A Supreme court judge in New York City has ruled that Governor Kathy Hochul and the state’s health department abused their authority by mandating vaccinations for healthcare workers, a vaccine that’s not included in the state’s Public Health Law.

Judge Gerard Neri ruled that Gov. Hochul and the health department had abused their authority by sidestepping the legislature and making the Covid vaccine mandate for medical staff permanent, Syracuse reported.

Neri argued that the state cannot require vaccines beyond those specified in public health law.

He ruled that the state’s requirement that all healthcare workers get vaccinated against COVID-19 was “null, void, and of no effect.”

“The Mandate is beyond the scope of Respondents’ authority and is therefore “null, void, and of no effect,” he wrote in his ruling.

“A term which is defined at the whim of an entity, subject to change without a moment’s notice contains all the hallmarks of ‘absurdity’ and is no definition at all,” he said.

Neri also found that the mandate was “arbitrary and capricious,” citing evidence that COVID-19 vaccines don’t prevent the spread of the virus, undercutting the basis for the mandate.

“In true Orwellian fashion, the Respondents acknowledge then-current COVID-19 shots do not prevent transmission,” Neri wrote, citing a Summary of Assessment of Public Comment that was entered as evidence in the case.

In support of the view that the mandate was capricious, Neri also pointed to the fact that the order, titled Prevention of COVID-19 Transmission by Covered Entities (pdf), used a loose definition for “fully vaccinated,” namely one that was “determined by the Department.”

The ruling came after a lawsuit was filed by Medical Professionals for Informed Consent, a group of medical professionals who were negatively affected by the vaccine mandate and either lost their jobs or faced the prospect of job loss.

“This is a huge win for New York healthcare workers, who have been deprived of their livelihoods for more than a year,” the plaintiffs’ lead attorney, Sujata Gibson, said in a statement.

“This is also a huge win for all New Yorkers, who are facing dangerous and unprecedented healthcare worker shortages throughout New York State.”

Hundreds of British police officers suspected of sex offenses – Scotland Yard

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley also revealed all 45,000 Met staff would be rechecked for possible missed crimes

London’s Metropolitan Police are looking into allegations of sexual and domestic abuse involving approximately 800 officers, Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley has revealed. The statement came shortly after a member of the force, David Carrick pleaded guilty to 49 such offenses, including dozens of rapes.

Rowley revealed that 1,633 cases of alleged sexual and domestic abuse over the past ten years are currently being looked into. On top of that, all 45,000 Met personnel will be rechecked to see if any past offenses were missed, he said.

Carrick, whose case has brought a spotlight on the problem, admitted to six more counts of sexual abuse on Monday, bringing the total to 49. The officer is believed to have committed the crimes against 12 women across two decades.

Commissioner Rowley apologized to the victims for the Met’s failure to investigate Carrick for so long, adding that the latter “should not have been a police officer.”

“We’ve let women and girls down, and indeed we’ve let Londoners down,” he said.

Putin allows sanctioned Russian firms to disregard shareholders from ‘unfriendly’ states

Corporate decisions will not require securing a vote from such individuals, under a new law

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Tuesday, allowing certain companies to disregard the votes of shareholders from so-called ‘unfriendly’ countries when making corporate decisions.

The document, published online on a legal information portal, will apply to companies in the energy, mechanical engineering and trade sectors with annual revenue of more than 100 billion rubles ($1.46 billion). It will remain in force until the end of 2023.

According to the new law, management of the companies will be able to make decisions without counting the votes of shareholders from ‘unfriendly’ countries. To qualify, however, the companies must meet a number of criteria. One of these is that other countries or international organizations must have imposed sanctions against the owners or beneficiaries of such companies. Another criterion is that foreign persons with ties to unfriendly states have interests of 50% or less in the authorized capital or shares in such companies.

In case nationals from unfriendly states are members of a company’s management authority, other shareholders will have the right to pass a resolution without counting their votes, the document said.

Death Toll In Dnipro Apartment Strike Rises To 44; Zelensky Aide Resigns For Saying It Was 'Errant' Anti-Air Missile

The death toll from the Dnipro apartment strike, which happened Saturday afternoon as the latest weekend Russian aerial attacks against Ukraine's energy infrastructure unfolded, has risen to at least 44 killed, including four children. An additional 79 people were injured, with reports that many residents are still missing and unaccounted for.

The city's mayor, Borys Filatov, issued the update on Tuesday after two days of rescue workers frantically trying to pull people from the rubble. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky blamed Moscow for the attack which he called a "war crime", vowing justice for the large number of civilian casualties.

The Dnipro strike now ranks among the single deadliest attacks of the entire war. "The rescue operation, the demolition of the rubble, will not end until the bodies of all the dead are found," deputy head of the presidency Kyrylo Tymoshenko said.

But on Monday the Kremlin vehemently denied that it targeted and struck a civilian residential building in Dnipro, instead pointing to the likelihood of a Ukrainian anti-air missile falling on the building:

"The Russian armed forces do not strike residential buildings or social infrastructure, they strike military targets," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters, before referring to the "conclusion of some representatives of the Ukrainian side" that the strike could have been caused by air defense.

Kiev responded by emphasizing the strike was "direct" and not the result of one of its own errant missiles. However, there has been division and controversy in the Ukrainian response, as noted by Peskov's statement.

An adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky actually initially said the apartment block in Dnipro was hit by an errant Ukrainian anti-air defense missile which had been fired in an attempt to intercept an inbound Russian rocket. The presidential aide, Oleksiy Arestovych, unleashed immediate controversy and anger from fellow officials in making the public remarks which aired live on a national television broadcast, and which were picked up in Russian media.

Ukraine officials say the rocket was a Kh-22, and argued that its forces lack the capability to shoot down this particular projectile. In the wake of the controversial statements Arestovych apologized to the nation and stepped down:

"I wrote a letter of resignation. I want to set an example of civilized behavior. A fundamental mistake means resignation," Oleksiy Arestovych, posted on Facebook alongside a photo of his resignation letter.

U.S. climate envoy John Kerry says that despite nearly a $1 trillion committed by global philanthropies for various causes over the last few years, only 2% of this amount goes toward climate action.

He said Tuesday during a panel session at the World Economic Forum in Davos that it’s estimated from $7.5 billion to $12.5 billion of global philanthropy is directed toward climate action. He and others urged philanthropies across the world to come together and contribute more to climate action.

“So how do we get there?” Kerry asked about keeping global climate goals alive. He answered, “Well, the lesson I’ve learned in the last year — I learned it as secretary of state and it has since been reinforced in spades, is money, money, money, money, money, money, money.”

Emails Show Pfizer and Moderna Funded Campaign to Have Twitter Censor Tweets About their Vaccines

Some of the content targeted by the campaign included articles that were "using the news to further prove the CDC is untrustworthy."

The Public Good Projects (PGP), a nonprofit that has developed several projects to fight so-called Covid “misinformation,” received $1,275,000 from the Pfizer and Moderna lobbying group, Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), to create a content moderation campaign that influenced Twitter’s Covid misinformation rules. As part of this campaign, PGP sent Twitter lobbyists and content moderators weekly emails containing lists of tweets to censor.

Journalist Lee Fang published one of the weekly emails that Twitter received from PGP as part of the latest release of the Twitter Files — collections of internal Twitter communications that have exposed the censorship relationships Twitter had with government agencies and other powerful groups before Elon Musk took over.

The email shows Todd O’Boyle, a senior manager on Twitter’s Public Policy team, sharing “this week’s misinfo report” from PGP. The February 24, 2022 email included a list of top trends the PGP had seen during the week and two attached lists. According to Fang, one of the lists contained tweets the PGP wanted Twitter to take down and the other list contained tweets that it wanted Twitter to verify.

Despite flagging two trends in this weekly misinfo report, the PGP admitted that articles related to the first trend “do not contain misinformation themselves but are using the news to further prove the CDC is untrustworthy.”

The PGP also acknowledged that the second trending article it flagged, which described a German health insurance company official suggesting that reports of healthcare visits for vaccine side effects may be severely undercounted, “is difficult to fact check because it does note that this data includes any side effect, not just serious side effects.”

Fang said many of the PGP’s emails to Twitter focused on independent news outlet ZeroHedge which was banned from Twitter in January 2020 and reinstated in June 2020.

Fang also noted that this campaign flagged a tweet from senior Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) scientist Stephanie Seneff that questioned vaccine passports on the basis that vaccinated and unvaccinated people have “roughly the same capacity to carry, shed and transmit the virus.”

Former top FBI official spills the beans when he advises Biden's DOJ to obstruct Congress on Biden classified docs

Andrew McCabe, a former top FBI official, is advising the Biden administration not to cooperate with congressional inquiry into President Joe Biden's improper retention of classified documents.

Such obstinance, McCabe boasted last Friday, "could drag things out."

What is the background?

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan announced last Friday an investigation into President Joe Biden's alleged "mishandling" of classified documents.

The investigation will focus on "conducting oversight of the Justice Department’s actions" regarding the discovery of the classified documents. Jordan wrote in a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland:

It is unclear when the Department first came to learn about the existence of these documents, and whether it actively concealed this information from the public on the eve of the 2022 elections. … It is also unclear what interactions, if any, the Department had with President Biden or his representatives about his mishandling of classified material. The Department’s actions here appear to depart from how it acted in similar circumstances.

What did McCabe say?

Speaking with Anderson Cooper on CNN, McCabe said that Garland should not cooperate with congressional oversight.

"I certainly would advise them, if they were willing to listen to my advice, I would advise them to take a very hard line against that," McCabe said of cooperating with congressional oversight.

"There is a clear precedent here of not sharing information, from an ongoing criminal investigation, with Congress. And I think the DOJ is in a very strong position to resist on those grounds," he continued. "Who knows what comes of that resistance? Maybe DOJ leadership starts getting subpoenaed. And ultimately, that fight will end up in the courts. And that could drag things out."

Ironically, what McCabe said is the exact reason why Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) admitted he is "not a fan" of special counsel investigations.

"I think the way we handle these investigations of wrongdoing — I'll call it that — in the political realm is we just do it completely backwards. I think Congress ought to be able to have access to all the information — do their oversight," Johnson said Sunday on "Meet the Press."

"If there is evidence of wrongdoing, then we should refer that to the Justice Department. Then the investigation should take place," he explained. "What happens nowadays is the investigation begins, Congress never gets access to the information, and as a result, the American public never understands the truth of these situations."

New Mexico Police Arrest Former GOP Candidate Solomon Peña In Connection With Shootings at Democrats’ Homes

Solomon Peña, a former Republican candidate who lost his bid for a State House seat in November, was arrested by police for being behind a series of recent shootings that targeted the homes of Democratic elected officials.

According to the Albuquerque journal, Peña allegedly paid men to shoot up the homes after he lost his 2022 election bid. Peña has repeatedly claimed that the election was rigged.

Albuquerque police (APD) arrested Peña on the evening of Jan. 16, several hours after the APD’s SWAT team served search warrants at his home. Police Chief Harold Medina of the APD said that Peña was “the mastermind” behind the conspiracy.

“Peña, an unsuccessful legislative candidate in the 2022 election, is accused of conspiring with and paying, four other men to shoot at the homes of two county commissioners and two state legislators,” said Police Chief Medina.

Additionally, the police sent out a statement that said Peña had paid the men in cash and sent them text messages with the addresses he wanted them to shoot at.

The shootings started on Dec. 4, 2022, when eight rounds were fired at the home of Adriann Barboa, a Bernalillo County commissioner. Four days later, on Dec. 8, shots were fired at the home of Javier Martinez, a state representative. Then, on Dec. 11, shots were fired at the home of Debbie O’Malley, another Bernalillo County commissioner.

The final shooting took place in early January 2023 when the house of State Senator Linda Lopez was targeted. After the shooting at Lopez’s house the police caught a break in the case. They received a ShotSpotter notification after more than a dozen shots were fired after midnight on Jan. 3. Responding officers found shell casings on the scene.

Twenty-one-year-old Jose Trujillo was pulled over 40 minutes after the shootings driving a car registered to Peña. Trujillo was arrested on an unrelated warrant, and weapons found in his car matched the shell casings found outside the Lopez home.

Kyle Hartsock, APD acting Commander with the Investigative Enhancement Division, says Peña was present for the shooting at the Lopez home. He says electronic records, cellphone records, surveillance footage, and witnesses, have helped police weave together what occurred. The shooters are still under investigation, and Hartsock says charges are likely to be filed against more people.

According to the Albuquerque Journal, in 2008 Peña began serving nearly 7-years in prison for theft, which was a topic of debate during his political campaign. His opponent, Rep. Miguel P. Garcia, unsuccessfully tried to havePeña disqualified due to his past conviction. Garcia won the election by a margin of 3,600 votes.

The New Mexico Republican Party sent out a statement on Monday night following Peña’s arrest: “If Peña is found guilty, he must be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”

China Finally Admits to First Population Decline Since Great Leap Forward

The Chinese Communist Party’s National Bureau of Statistics reported on Tuesday that it had documented a decline in its population of about 850,000 people in 2022, the first official drop since 1962 despite many demographers warning that China may have been in population decline since at least 2020.

Chinese state media outlets decried “pessimists” for expressing concern regarding the future of the Chinese economy given bleak prospects for China’s birth rate, which has continued its collapse despite dictator Xi Jinping expanding the brutal “one-child policy” to two children in 2016, and three in 2021. The Global Times, China’s most aggressive English-language state propaganda outlet, argued that the population collapse was a direct result of China’s economic success, attributing it to low birth rates rather than mass death caused by the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.

Chinese birth rates have for years fallen dramatically below the 2.1 children per mother universally accepted as the “replacement fertility rate” necessary to keep a country’s population stable, largely as a result of the “one-child policy.” The policy outlawed women from having a second child and was enforced through mass killings of newborns and unborn babies. The Global Times has boasted in the past that the “one-child policy” killed 400 million people, not counting mothers dying during the course of government-forced abortions. The trauma of the one-child policy coupled with an outsized male population and widespread anti-communist sentiment among Chinese millennials – who have adopted a “lying flat” attitude of failing to build families, seek promotions at work, or exhibit any ambition that could be used to the benefit of the Communist Party – has resulted in little prospects for the baby boom necessary to reverse the trend.

Some demographers predicted, using unofficial or indirect official statistics, that China began declining in population in 2020. The National Bureau of Statistics delaying the publication of its population data in 2020, following the mass deaths triggered by the Wuhan pandemic, escalated warnings of a population collapse, but the government incident that modest population growth occurred that year. Similarly, in 2021, several population experts citing hospital statistics to claim the population had declined that year, but the regime denied it.

On Tuesday, the government finally admitted to a shrinking population.

“The population in the Chinese mainland [not including occupied territories Hong Kong and Macau] recorded negative growth for the first time in 61 years, decreasing by 850,000 in 2022,” the Global Times reported. “In 2022, the number of births was 9.56 million with a birth rate of 6.77 per thousand, marking the first time since 1950 that new births have fallen below 10 million and the third year the country’s birth rate has fallen below 1 percent, data from the NBS showed.”

The last time a population decline occurred was in 1962, the tail end of Mao Zedong’s Great Leap Forward, a communist famine and purge that killed 45 million people.

The new statistics showed that the country was home to about 32 million more Chinese men than women, a slight improvement in the ratio from the 34 million more men than women documented in recent years. The low population of Chinese women, particularly of child-bearing age, is in part due to the “one-child policy”: given the option of keeping one child, many Chinese families chose to kill daughters until they successfully conceived a son.

Chinese regime-approved “experts” quoted in the Global Times insisted that the population decline was impossible to avoid due to China’s major economic success.

“The data is not unexpected and conforms to the law of population development. Negative population growth is the inevitable result of the country’s long-term low fertility rate,” an “expert” identified as Professor Yuan Xin asserted. “The population size during the early stage of contraction will still be huge, which means the country will maintain its huge market.”

Similarly, another “expert,” researcher Su Hainan, said population collapse was a “natural result of social and economic development” and compared it to the shrinking in population growth in the West (America’s birth rate increased for the first time in seven years in 2021).

Predictions from experts not quoted in government media on Tuesday were far direr.

“It’s unquestionable that China will not see population growth from now on, as an endless period of population decline began in 2022,” demographer He Yafu told the South China Morning Post. “There’s no hope that the decline can be reversed.”

National Archives Said ‘Reports’ Of Mishandled Obama-Era Docs Were ‘Misleading’ Weeks Before Discovery

Three weeks before classified documents were discovered at the Biden Penn Center, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) said it had custody of the “presidential records” from the Obama administration, and that reports claiming otherwise were “misleading.”

NARA, the federal agency that preserves government records, issued the statement Oct. 11 and said it had all the presidential records from the administrations of George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George H.W. Bush and Ronald Reagan, as well.

“Reports that indicate or imply that those Presidential records were in the possession of the former Presidents or their representatives, after they left office, or that the records were housed in substandard conditions, are false and misleading,” the statement read.

CBS issued a report Jan. 10 revealing that President Joe Biden’s lawyers discovered classified documents from the Obama era at the Penn Biden Center, a think tank where Biden had an office, on Nov. 2.

Biden’s special counsel, Richard Sauber, told CBS that the president’s lawyers notified NARA of the documents the same day, and that they later took possession of the documents.

More classified documents were discovered at Biden’s personal residence in Delaware on Dec. 20 following a search by Biden’s lawyers. On Wednesday and Thursday, additional documents were found at the Delaware house.

The White House has refused to say why the administration waited months to come forward about the documents, with White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claiming that there’s an ongoing “process.”

The White House also said that there are no visitor logs of who met with Biden at the Delaware house, and a document from Hunter Biden’s laptop appears to show that the first son paid his father nearly $50,000 per month to stay on the property in 2017 and 2018.

US Will ‘Soon’ Have ‘Illegal Hate Speech’ Laws, World Economic Forum Panelist Tells Brian Stelter

The U.S. will “soon” have “illegal hate speech laws,” said European Union official Vera Jourova at a World Economic Forum (WEF) panel.

Jourova participated in Tuesday’s WEF panel on “the clear and present danger of disinformation,” alongside former CNN Host Brian Stelter, Massachusetts Democratic Rep. Seth Moulton, New York Times publisher Arthur Sulzberger and media executive Jeanne Bourgault.

“For hate speech, we need the people who understand the language and the case law in the country, because what qualifies as hate speech, illegal hate speech, which you will have soon also in the U.S., we have a strong reason why we have this in the criminal law,” Jourova said 36 minutes into the panel.

“We need the platforms to simply work with the language and identify such cases. The AI [artificial intelligence] would be too dangerous,” Jourova added. She was answering a question from the crowd about making the “truth” as “attractive and compelling” as the “lies” people consume.

The panel was addressing the ways for the public, regulators and social media companies to tackle “disinformation” as “information pollution” spreads at an “unprecedented speed and scale,” the WEF website says. It’s unclear how the panel defines “disinformation” online and how it measures the spread of perceived disinformation.

Earlier in the panel, Moulton said Americans learn in grade school that “crying fire in a crowded theater” is not protected free speech. Moulton’s statement distinguishing forms of protected speech is misleading, according to non-partisan free speech group FIRE.

Stelter was fired by CNN in August and his Sunday talk show “Reliable Sources” was cancelled. He joined Harvard’s Kennedy School as a Shorenstein Center Fellow in September to host discussions about democracy on campus.

Israel's law enforcement uses spyware, AI to access private data - report

Expert remarks: "One can expect that systemic and robust invasion of privacy, in the name of national security, shall become the prevailing norm."

For the past decade or so in Israel, law enforcement authorities have utilized advanced digital forensics tools including spyware and AI to breach and search personal computers and mobile phones as part of an investigation. These authorities include the IDF, the Securities Authority, the Tax Authority and — ironically — the Privacy Protection Authority, according to a new research report from the Israel Internet Association.

The report found that over 20,000 search warrants on smart devices (such as computers and mobile devices) are issued every year and that requests for warrants according to the wiretapping law receive widespread judicial approval: out of 3,692 requests submitted in 2020, only 26 (0.7%) were rejected. In 2021, the police submitted 3,359 requests for wiretapping, of which 3,350 were accepted - more than 99%.

“These data show the extent of the phenomenon and illustrate the extent and potential of the violation of the rights and civil liberties of tens of thousands of people per year,” states the report. “The circle of harm of advanced technologies for penetration and search in mobile phones is not limited to the person being investigated, given the fact that these devices often store information and sensitive data of third parties, such as photos or videos documenting innocent parties not involved, such as spouses and children or correspondence and internal information of organizations and companies. This is a huge number of citizens who are affected by the police use of these technologies.”

Access to everything

According to the report, the information that these investigation tools can unveil is as bountiful as it is granular. By utilizing them, law enforcement bodies can extract records of when software and applications were installed, used and deleted; how frequently a device was used or even turned on or off; when a user read any specific message, whether and when a connection to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi devices was made, their search engine history on the device and more.

NHS Director confirms Hospitals lied about Cause of Death to create illusion of COVID Pandemic

Before Covid, four types of pneumonia added together were the highest cause of death in the UK. In a newly implemented Medical Examiner System to certify deaths, the Medical Examiner was certifying all types of pneumonia deaths as covid-19 deaths, a former Director of End-of-Life Care has said.

On Saturday, Sai, a former NHS Director of End-of-Life Care, wrote a Twitter thread which, amongst other things, gave a personal account of the changes to the system of reporting deaths implemented in the NHS:

“When four different diseases [are] grouped and now being called covid-19, you will inevitably see covid-19 with a huge death rate. The mainstream media was reporting on this huge increase in covid-19 deaths due to the Medical Examiner System being in place.

“Patients being admitted and dying with very common conditions such as old age, myocardial infarctions, end-stage kidney failure, haemorrhages, strokes, COPD and cancer etc. were all now being certified as covid-19 via the Medical Examiner System.

“Hospitals were switching to and from the Medical Examiner System and the pre-pandemic system as [and] when they pleased. When covid-19 deaths needed to be increased, the hospital would switch to the Medical Examiner System.”

In addition, “hospitals were incentivised to report covid-19 deaths over normal deaths, as the government was paying hospitals additional money for every covid-19 death that was being reported,” Sai said. “I have no doubt in my mind, that the Government has planned the entire pandemic since 2016 when they first proposed the change to medical death certification.”
