-dancing (or other body motions)

-recitation (singing, prayer, chanting)

 

Intent of practices:

-expend excess energy of body

-expend excess energy of the brain

-minimize physical movement

-minimize thought

 

Method of combined practices:

1.Ideal time for attempt 3:4am or just after.

  1. Fasting, 24hr prior attempt.

  2. Awake, 24hr prior to attempt.

  3. Physical fatigue (i.e. exercise) just prior to attempt.

  4. attempt: controlled meditative breathing.

  5. attempt: calm & relaxed mind.

  6. attempt: trigger cold chills.

  7. attempt: mentally contain chills at point of origin.

  8. attempt: visualize movement upward on inhale.

  9. attempt: visualize movement downward on exhale.

  10. attempt: goal, move chill into brain.

  11. attempt: movement resistance, overcome with repetition.
