Im having bad heart pains, numb left palm, few hour now. (Not vaxed, just smoke)

No money, no trust for medical so…..? Maybe false alarm, but if not:

This fight has been the only thing to ever give my life any meaning, thanks for being such good frens. I don't know any of you personally, but it felt like I did.
