Your hitching your trailer to the wrong horse. Even if a COS weren’t abused and ultimately decimate our constitution, how do you suppose it will be followed?
Our constitution now has been trampled on for years, changing rules that the politicians already ignore simply kicks the can down the road.
The only way we get out of this mess is with a full on revolution. (IMHO)
