Your theory on someone using he WEF, Soros, etc. is interesting, but there's no doubt about it - they aren't unwitting pawns. They are all in on it.
In order to usher in a new financial system, you need something on the scale of a WW or the pandemic to destroy the existing financial system and, more importantly, the social fabric, so that people welcome the new system.
The CBDC system is satanic - the enslavement of everyone. The jabs were and are a prelude to more genetic manipulation.
So, I'm saying, don't gloss over the satanic ideology that binds that group together to achieve their "utopia" here on earth. They are all in on it.
