Crowder did not like the way contracts are set up - wants a new model, thinks the old type of contracts are a trap. That's a legit concern. He envisions a different approach which he outlined in brief. He did mention names, either, just talked about what he didn't like.

in modern times, lawyers habitually make contracts like this - with cut-throat provisions that benefit their clients. That has to change, can't build a decent society based on those values.
