The purpose of all propaganda and injections is to remove the conscience and reasoning ability from the human being. Once people have no empathy or sense of probity nobody will even notice the outright monstrosity that is governing them or bat an eye when their friends and family members are subsequently gulaged or genocide by the state…it’s already mostly there.
