I was responding to this, which I assumed was an insider dropping a big hint.
Notice how ES is prominently touching his left ear. That's what made me think it cou ld be him. Then, the crowfeet match and the pockmarked unsmooth skin with reddened color.
I don't know, but that's the stream of consciousness that led me to suggest that.
