I don't think it's soros either, but the image is purposely distorted with low res so you cant tell the dimensions and distances between landmarks, and also cannot clearly differentiate the ear structure from the hair. Ears are used forensically to make positive IDs, and this isn't a big secret. I don't think we are meant to get a positive ID, but we probably are meant to have a high probability of a match.
And I hate to say it, but yes, this is probably a wild goose chase. No one will be able to ID the person seen, so it is pretty useless. Unless it is a message not meant for anons.
