In the early days of K-1 he turned into a kickboxing superstar, beat the best to ever do it and won the most prestigious Grand Prix in 1996. For his artistic technique and respectful attitude towards rivals, Andy was lovingly nicknamed "The Blue-Eyed Samurai”. Today we remember high-velocity knockouts and the journey of Andy Hug.
