Chairman of the State Duma is convinced that the recent statements made by the representative of the Kyiv regime and former leaders of Germany and France should be considered as an evidence base for international military tribunal
The head of the Security Council of Ukraine admitted that the Kyiv regime had been preparing for a war with Russia, as posted Vyacheslav Volodin on his Telegram channel.
That statement, as well as the recent statements by the former leaders of Germany and France Angela Merkel and François Hollande that the Minsk agreements were just an opportunity to give Kyiv time to militarize the country, once again proved the fact that there was a real threat to the security of not only people of Donbass, but also all citizens of Russia, as stressed the Chairman of the State Duma.
