Good for the Military … the DOD gets more money. This assistance by the way is "Lend/Lease" meaning Ukraine is expected to pay back the assistance or return the gear after the war.

There won't be much gear to return anon suspects, and Ukraine will be insolvent. To pay it's debt it will then have to sell the assets it has … but what will there to sell or seize? Monsanto takes more farm land or what?
