He keeps saying "salary" because he's become a wrangler of influencers and sees them all as such. He's beholden to ad revenue on Big Tech platforms because the money is big and fast. Crowder is showing everyone where the compromise is.

>Cates is totally wrong here.

Nope. Read above. Think about what's happening, here. You're being shown the problem. Why did PDJT have to go and collaborate with Rumble and create his own fucking social media platform? Why?

Anon, if you can't see that Crowder is modeling what he's doing after the example set before him by one of the biggest influencers and greatest presidents in the history of this Republic, then that's on you. Pay attention! Every single one of the Daily Wire people that came out against Crowder turned their backs on PDJT around the midterms. IT WAS A COORDINATED BACKSTABBING. This situation with Crowder and the one with PDJT in the "conservative movement" are not mutually exclusive situations.

>fellow conservatives.

See… this shit, right here, is the problem. "We're conservatives here. Why are you independently thinking for yourself and pointing out how we're the same as the old MSM business conglomerates?" These people are exposing themselves big time:

Ben Shapiro doesn't own "conservatism".

Candace Owens doesn't own "conservatism".

Cernovich doesn't own "conservatism".

Andrew Klavan doesn't own "conservatism".

Jordan Peterson doesn't own "conservatism".

Cardillo doesn't own "conservatism".

Hell, the TRUMPS don't own "conservatism".

What's happening and what's being exposed? Someone that has built a large brand, a media mogul of the post-MSM era, Daily Wire, is trying to brand conservatism as theirs. It's not. Conservatism's definition:

commitment to traditional values and ideas with opposition to change or innovation.

That last part of the definition is important to understand because as of right this second, the DW folks are revealing they wanted to brand a movement as theirs while using the old system in place to make money. What's even worse is Jeremy is admitting that controlling the "up and coming" voices (referring to them as wage slaves) is a major part of the deal in controlling not only the brand, but adhering to the most profitable path forward dictated by the advertisers.
