The image uploaded by Q has a creation date of 3:48pm (I'm assuming Eastern?)… might be some sauce to help people track down who this is.

One thing's for sure… the fact that we can't identify this guy has really pushed forth the understanding (in me at least) of just how MANY fucking old white wrinkled guys there are in our government…
