If you read a little about Mary Lasker you will see a lot of themes that get talked about here.

I could go in a lot of directions but Mary Lasker seems to have been a eugenicist. Also the foundation that bears her name (and her husband's name) has given awards to Planned Parenthood as well as to the NIH scientists involved in the development of the technology behind HPV vaccines.
