Can a tech savvy anon explain to me what a ‘protocol wrap’ is and, if separately applied to a copyrighted app like FB, Gmail, etc., how it can be detected? Is it blockchain related? I know it’s for data mining, but that’s it.

Thank you, but I’ve read that and others and the context is wrong. This wrap is applied to communications apps and I’m trying to figure out if it’s detectable and blockchain-related like in that article.

Would I be going out on a limb to assume that it could be discreetly added by 3rd parties to any app someone downloads since it’s not technically ‘infringing’ on copyrights?
