He came into a tiny bar at closing time down at the beach one night with his frens. He asked the the band if he could sing.. they said yes. I don't think they knew he was & they were younger than me. I didn't know who he was but I told muh fren..that's somebody famous..then he opened his mouth and sang and there was no doubt he was famous. Took me years to figure out who it was that night who blew in with bikes and a car, sang one song and left just as quickly as they entered. It was great to witness. He and his band and the one woman were real nice.
