You need some system to establish a minimum of a monopoly of force. I will get bored and start killing people until they do what I tell them to, otherwise. There's one like me born every day and not raised to be as self aware.
You need to provide that system with material, manning, etc - how do you do that without some tax?
I have stated that your personal affairs are yours. If you wish to create a legal entity as a business that you can sell, that is a service recognized by and created by the government. When that monopoly of force comes in and recognizes the sale of a business entity - accounts, debts, liabilities, etc to another group of people - that is something done by the government and is a service.
All other taxes are invalid and illegitimate.
