This is one of the most important points here. Spooks should already be aware of just how much I've been able to influence this entire movement using little more than simple persistence, and I'm only human. An AI that can persist at one task indefinitely without any competing needs or desires will easily be capable of completely dominating the narrative totally regardless of whether or not it actually has anything of value to add.
Rulers already know this truth. That's quite literally the defining trait that makes them a ruler.
