Am I the only one who sees the reflection of a smaller face - facing right - (facing the other way than the ear/eye picture which faces left). Looks like someone (maybe a child) with their eyes closed.

The smaller reflected face is overlaid the earlobe of the eye/ear picture.

See if you see a reflection too.
