Idk. When they ratted out people innocently in DC on J6, I started moving my finances away from them. Almost never use my debit card anymore.
I do pray for the upper management. It may be too late for them as they may be standing over a blackhole of unfunded liabilities, but it would have been so nice if they decided to really serve Americans.
I think the Zelle nonsense is because the banks are in such bad shape they are trying to steal from customers to stay afloat a little longer. I think a bunch of the "hacking" we are seeing at the moment is like that too. Perhaps they sell personal data to the highest bidder. I hope I am wrong and simply excessively mistrustful atm.
Oh and another theory about the FAA going down with the "NOTAM" situation is that it was a ransomware attack on aged infrastructure. Perhaps one part of the regime needed to raise cash quickly or a money transfer to China was urgently needed.
I would rather take wood pallets in payment for labor at this point than USD, btw.
