On December 31 - Elon posts at 5:00 pm which satisifies my request for a "4 10 20" related tie in. Then on Jan. 20th (20 days, 10 hours later), he posted again, an update on the same "bookmark" topic from December 31.

Both days are days when the clock hands align on the hour marks.

Dec 31: 10, 12 & 4

Jan 20: 2, 8 & 12

In between, he posted on Jan 4 (4 days after initial response) - giving us the 4 in "4 10 20 "

He also posted on Jan 13 on the same "bookmark" topic - which seems non-sequitur, but is on the :03 line which is mirror to :33 and included in the December 31 clock (updated for Jan 20).
