I cant identify person but i see the camera looking through a pair of glasses over the top of a phone. IF it is Trump, then that person was close enough to shoot him if he were armed… which could mean someone like USSS or an FBI agent who could harm him… which is scary to me… but person might be sending pic to another saying "look how close i am to him, i could harm or kill him now…"

OR my other theory:

Google glass, like camera hidden in glasses, with person taking image. phone looks like samsung… just a guess
