The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.
The walls of the city were like polished glass crystal, they seemed to be transparent yet as one scans across the walls, the walls seem to reflect and refract the fire of precious stones, such as sapphire, ruby, emerald, and many others mixed with gold fragments. The admixture seemed to be that of a mother of pearl yet with the thrill of the fire coming from the purest of diamonds that moves through your soul like a watch tower scanning for lost vessels. The multifarious lights were coming from one omni Light of Lights that could not be ascertained to it's location but seemed to be everywhere at once; which was none other than the countenance of the Lord of Hosts Himself.
A gift in life and a grace in death.
