Problem is redeclaring your political status and then opening the can of worms with the feds, irs, state revenue etc…… if you don't fully understand what you're doing, will land your ass in prison. Been looking at this for over a year now. Too much peril to jump at the moment.
Have got a good friend who is brilliant at dealing with the courts and he's helped many people all over the nation. I"ve learned a lot from him and he's telling me to hold off on the status change because something is coming that is going to allow everyone to do so, recognized by the DS and to be done without opening yourself up to all of the unlawful peril. Know a couple of other people who have done this own their own and succeeded but they have been in and out of their courts, jurisdictions, basically telling them to fuck off, you have no jurisdiction. They've been successful at it but it has preoccupied their time and money for years.
I've worked too hard my entire life to risk having it taken over something I missed, word play, etc…….so, I'm waiting.
