And there is the first mistake. "Sovereign Citizen". There is no such thing. In essence, "citizen" referrences [Them]. Territorial, Municipal citizens. Not a living man and woman on the land and soil of your state.

Those that go down that path have set themselves up for a shit load of trouble. You can't have one foot on the land and soil and the other in the territorial and municiple jurisdiction of the sea. Claiming this, you have automatically contracted with them and they have jusrisdiction over you.

>Whatever it is, hopefully the state won't become the strong arm of enforcement because I know some believers whose ultimate goal is to see that to fruition.

As a staunch conservative, Constitutionalist and right minded man, I would never condon, approve or participate in a government claiming to be conservative, that would use the force of government to force people to believe in anything. But, the guardrails have to be reinstalled on society as we are witness to them having been removed and when that happens, you get this. Live your life the way you want. You want to be a degenerate? Be one. Violate someone else's unalienable rights and you cross the line. You're not going to get it codified in law, or upheld by a activist court, or use a supposed right to indoctrinate children into trans, homo beliefs etcโ€ฆโ€ฆ..go do what the fuck you want as long as it does not infringe upon someone else's rights. Indoctrinating children into the LGBTQ lifestyle is not a right. And there are many other pseudo rights being asserted by useful idiots who claim that the right is a civil, human or some other right.

>We have more laws on the books than any nation in the world and selectively enforce them based on profitability/revenue generation

All based on CORPORATE polices. Not Common Law. You could say the Ten Comandments states all but if not, how about, "do unto others the way that you would have them do unto you"? Pretty simple I think.

Yea, there's that fucking Camel's nose (no disrespect for Camels implied) again trying to get intot he tent. They don't have the authority to implement this. West Virginia vs. EPA is precedent now. This will wind up right back in the SC and twill be ruled unConstitutional. I know of no murders, robberies or any other crime beeing committed by a criminal or a law abiding American gone awry that has used one of these things. Too fucking bulky to begin with and not very time efficient.

"Shall not infringe" is pretty fucking clear.
