About year ago, my primary MD asked if I'd been vaxxed.

I said, "Decline to state."

She said, "So that's a 'No.'"

I said, "You are not authorized to report a 'No.' You can only say, if it is even a mandatory question, that I said 'declined to state.' With all the harassment and discrimination the unvaxxed are subjected to, I am taking a position that it is none of those who read my medical record's business whether I am vaxxed or not."

She didn't respond.

Just because they ask a question - including whether there are weapons in your home - doesn't mean you have to answer.
