The only reason to believe is the change in chatter online and the PANIC! in the media.. if you don't see it you're blind and we can't help you, as its pretty much all laid out here on the reg. It's possible that you're just not cut out for the kun.. in any case, sounds like you could use some R&R.. tune out for a while and do something IRL you can pat yourself on the back for. No matter what, you're more helpful to any other or any cause when you've done the right maintenance work on yourself.. an unraveling soldier is more liability than asset.
