The horror of the reality is so overwhelmingly huge that it keeps people in denial of it. Q was wrong about sending people to the hospital because their own biology keeps them blinded from the obvious right in front of them. Exposure and coming to terms with the terrifying truth is just not possible for majority of people, because it means 3 things that they refuse to acknowledge. That they are ruled by criminally insane clowns, that majority of people are imbeciles who fall for anything, and that the rulers are in open conflict with the masses. They will deny all of these things to protect their belief about the world and avoid confrontation. Even if majority of people wake up they will still display the cowardly behaviours of ignoring the threat and they will target those who speak out.
