DOJ has spoken openly about the investigation going on since 2018/2019. In 2018 it was just a tax investigation (supposedly) and in 2019 it developed into a criminal investigation (supposedly)

If you think the FBI or DOJ is going to bring criminal charges against Hunter for selling his dad's influence, I have a primo bridge in Brooklyn that I could sell you.

Word on the street is Hunter is going to get a slap on the wrist for lying on his gun form and a little fine for back taxes. Wray and Garland don't do the justice thing.
