He says that the DD wants neither Biden nor Trump to run for President and Ty are using Pence as a pawn .

They are signaling to Pence that if he doesn’t want a special prosecutor looking at his docs then he won’t announce running.

Apparently the DS has other people in mind to run on Botha sides
