I think that is possible. I remember discovering that China had implemented a new vaccine law just prior to "COVID". One hypothesis on the emergence of COVID was that it was vaccine derived. Being personally aware of two people who reported getting "COVID" after being around the recently vaccinated, I think that is a possibility.

I see significant evidence that some people got placebos. Usually these were the major University type situations, from what I gather. However, among people who are low status, poor and/or get their shots at the local grocery store pharmacy the harms seem very, very real. As in heart attack symptom real. As in needing to go to the ER real.
