Yeah, getting to the roots of Christianity causes some cognitive dissonance.

"Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans. 6Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel"

and

"Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. 35For I have come to turn

“ ‘a man against his father,

a daughter against her mother,

a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law—

36a man’s enemies will be the members of his own household"

Most Christians don't actually read the books.

The mindset of putting yourself back together and pulling yourself out of the worst situations in life is accomplished in two ways:

  1. Having faith that there's a purposeful function to suffering that leads to a greater outcome as long as you persevere and stay positive.

  2. Determining that setbacks are lessons to be learned and getting a quick hold of them by considering every possibility for success until something pans out, and staying positive.

Either one of these can be attributed to God or sheer will of self-determination. Both work for the same reasons.

>left the church i was attending when i started to notice that some of the prayer requests mimicked the cabal/deep state mockingbird media narratives

What was it that Gen Flynn caught shit for? Saying some sort of strange prayer in a church and people were like "WTAF, Bruh?" Can't remember, but the prayer has a name; something to do with light.
