Yep. Walked into a coffee shop and they asked me to see proof of vaccination and for me to put on a mask. I said, "Excuse me? Did you just ask to see my papers? Like, papieren bitte? Like how they did in Germany? Just to buy a cup of coffee? Can you not catch COVID if you're sitting down? I don't see anyone at the tables wearing a mask." I said it rationally, calmly, with no vitriol in the tenor of my voice, and then the poor girl behind the counter ran to the back crying. I felt kind of bad, but walked out of that place and haven't spent any money there since.
