It seems to me the glowing component in the jab that may be visible zombies lights is borrowed from a big trend in tattoos over the past year: UV Reactive Ink.

IMO, Big Pharma could lace the vaccine with some of this and be completely unnoticed UNTIL under UV light. Then they look for the spot on the shoulder area (the common area for the jab).
