That the DS lost control for their plan, one aspect of what will happen (population decrease) is enevitable no matter what. The rest of the DS Satanic plans are not going to succeed.
Actually that number originally was supposed to be mirrored so only 4-6% saved. However the plan has since been changed so that the popualtion will only drop about 20%. At this time, unless somthing else is changed but that's unlikely.

I think so because its been getting posted here. I really only know about phase 1 but that's finally coming to an end.
