Daily magnesium (mg) chloride. Increase daily dose slowly until you begin to experience loose stool then back off a bit and maintain that dose until symptoms re-appear. Could be weeks/months/years. I've done both. Internal is just as important if not more important to building and maintaining levels. I also changed diet to increase plant based Mg intake.

Mg changed my life by ridding me of maladies I've had for 40 years including irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, bruxism and 15 others.

Oh yeah, the price of epsom salt quadrupled a couple of years ago.
