If they were so incompetent as to not pay any attention to the timestampts, then they would be all over the place. But if we assume that the timezones are off on all the various devices (which is super-common - I work in IT, and I know), then the timeline makes some sense.

The break-in starts around 02.10, but the security system is set to Eastern time, Peg-osi meets the guy and placates him with sex and drugs. Peg-osi gets away for a couple minutes, makes the call at 02.23, and the enforcers arrive as 02.31. We can safely assume that the enforcer's body-cam is off because it's definitely not 9.30am when that footage was taken - too dark.

The DePapa guy is probably some disgruntled activist/prostitute who decided to smash up some stuff, and Peg-osi had limited options in dealing with the issue.

At least, that's the simplest explanation.

This was designed to benefit the anti-MAGA narrative. But they're not competent to pull it off, and all their actors are loosing it. Peg-osi is drunk on-set all the time, they're using non-SAG extras to play leading roles, and their set directors can't be bothered to to check for gaffes.

It's not a MAGA production. It's too-shitty. But it's being allowed to implode as a demonstration of how bad things are for them.

Shishkin really is a master of light and shadow, but there are many others who do a better job with the human form. Still trying to pick a favorite.
