I'm going to go against Occam's Razor on this one. Remember that odd video from the next morning that looked as if Nancy was front cuffed and being lead out of her garage by agents into an SUV? That seemed fucking strange to me.
I also found it strange that PP was snoring like he was in a restful sleep. I've seen quite a few people get knocked the fuck out and none of them snored like that. Several did the funky chicken and didn't breath until the seizure stopped.
I'm going to bet that Nancy's crew staged it. Being as it looked like Nancy was perp walked out of the garage the next day. Perhaps she tried to kill PP herself, fucked it up, cops got called. Quick cover up story created as the "perp being PPs gay lover", since she already destroyed the relationship, so she might as well destroy what is left of his already tattered reputation too.
