If you want to make money, then you have 2 options: gambling or investing.

That similar rules apply for all kind of objective living in real life.

So if you want to find the correct “cure” solution for the entire society, then there are also 2 ways: speculating gambling or investing.

All what the top leaders, top secret groups/societies are doing is speculating gambling such as blind follow prophecies via causing fake pandemic, physical weapon wars, etc.

They just do not understand the final objective of life is finding the correct “cure” solution.

If truly want to investing, they must open either private or public bounty reward program for all entities to join to share their ideas/vision/solution for the world.

Then they will have much better chance to find the “beings” or whatever their objective.
