Ya, that was my play on words.
In the early 2000’s the catch phrase was really gaining momentum, but i know it was around earlier, and some even reporting the intention many decades before.
“Outcome-Based Education”
‘Deference to Authority’, was the ‘outcome’ [they] wanted.
‘Outcome-based Education with No Child Left Behind without a highly developed deference to Authority’.
That can only be the brain-child of people who suck demon dick.
Radio, the dial phone and television were transformative enough in themselves… but mostly one-way or (mostly) closed and limited by the few talking back and forth.
Internet and smartyphones and incessant skull pounding by social media (and the feedback information)… really turbocharged the machinations of people hell-bent on depraving the entire world.
