The wife of the First Minister of Wales Mark Drakeford has died suddenly, the locally devolved government in Wales announced on Saturday.

Reacting to the death of Clare Drakeford, the wife of Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford, his counterpart in Scotland, the Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said according to the BBC: “My thoughts are with Mark and his family at this terribly sad time”.
Sturgeon, the leader of the leftist-separatist Scottish National Party (SNP) added that when she met Mrs Drakeford it was “obvious how strong the bond between her and Mark was”.
“I can only imagine the depth of grief he is feeling. Sending him love and strength,” Sturgeon said.
The leader of the opposition Conservative Party in the local Welsh Parliament (Senedd), Andrew RT Davies said that he was “shocked and deeply saddened” when he heard of her passing.
“My thoughts and prayers are with Mark Drakeford and his family at this exceptionally difficult time,” Davies said, adding: “On the occasions I met Clare, she was always a lovely lady and was very warm and kind.”

Swedish Populist on Qur’an Burnings: If They Get Upset, Burn a Hundred More
A member of the populist Sweden Democrats (SD) has weighed in on the controversial burning of a copy of the Qur’an last weekend, stating that the reaction from Turkey and the Islamic world has been unreasonable.
SD member Richard Jomshof, chairman of the Justice Committee, gave his opinion on the burning of the Qur’an last week in front of the Turkish embassy in Stockholm by Danish anti-Islam activist Rasmus Paludan, claiming the backlash had been exaggerated.
“I don’t think you should do it, but you can do it and if they get upset, then fire up a hundred more,” Jomshof said this week, broadcaster SVT reports.
Jomshof also criticised Swedish conservative Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson, who released statement condemning the Qur’an burning earlier this week, saying, ” I don’t think he should apologise. I think he’s going too far there.”
“Freedom of expression is a fundamental part of democracy. But what is legal is not necessarily appropriate. Burning books that are holy to many is a deeply disrespectful act. I want to express my sympathy for all Muslims who are offended by what has happened in Stockholm today,” the prime minister said on Twitter.

Former NATO General Petr Pavel Wins Czech Presidential Election over Populist Billionaire Babis
Retired army General Petr Pavel defeated populist billionaire Andrej Babis in a runoff vote on Saturday to become the new Czech president.
Pavel, 61, will succeed controversy-courting Milos Zeman in the largely ceremonial but prestigious post.
“My presidency will succeed only when we all succeed together,” Pavel told a cheering crowd of his supporters.
With the ballots from 97% of almost 15,000 polling stations counted by the Czech Statistics Office, Pavel had 57.8% of the vote compared with 42.2% for Babis.
Pavel is a former chairman of NATO’s military committee, the alliance’s highest military body.
He fully endorsed the country’s military and humanitarian support for Ukraine in its fight against Russia and sees the Czech Republic’s future linked to membership in the European Union and NATO.
It’s the second major defeat for Babis 68, who is a former prime minister. His centrist ANO (YES) movement ended up in opposition after losing the 2021 general election.
Babis had been supported by Zeman, with whom he shares euroskeptic views and the habit of using anti-migrant rhetoric, the former prime minister after his centrist ANO (YES) movement.
Pavel and Babis took part in the second round of voting because none of the eight initial candidates received an absolute majority in the first round two weeks ago.
Zeman was the first president elected by popular vote. His second and final five-year term expires in March. Lawmakers elected the previous two presidents, Vaclav Havel and Vaclav Klaus.

Former President Donald Trump is calling for parents to be able to elect principals at their children’s schools.
Trump announced the idea in a new campaign video released on Thursday.
“More than anyone else, parents know what their children need,” Trump said in the video. “If any principal is not getting the job done, the parents should be able to vote to fire them and select someone who will. This will be the ultimate form of local control.”
Trump also listed several other ideas for education reform in the video, including abolishing tenure for public school teachers.
“When I’m president, we will put parents back in charge and give them the final say,” Trump said. “We will give our kids the high-quality, pro-American education they deserve.”
Trump also vowed to cut funding for “any school or program pushing critical race theory, gender ideology or other inappropriate racial, sexual or political content onto our children” and create a parents’ bill of rights that includes school choice and “curriculum transparency.”
The 2024 Republican presidential candidate also said that he will direct federal agencies to “open civil rights investigations into any school district that has engaged in race-based discrimination. That includes discrimination against Asian Americans.”
Trump additionally promised to “create a new credentialing body that will be the gold standard anywhere in the world to certify teachers who embrace patriotic values support our way of life and understand that their job is not to indoctrinate children”

Ukraine’s Armed Forces have intentionally hit the hospital in Novoaidar in the Lugansk People’s Republic, using a US-made HIMARS rocket launchers, as a result, 14 people were killed and 24 more wounded, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Saturday.
"At about 7:30 a.m. on January 28, the Ukrainian armed forces conducted a deliberate strike, using rockets of a US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket system, on the building of the district hospital in the urban settlement of Novoaidar in the Lugansk People’s Republic," the ministry said.
"The impact of the rockets with high-explosive fragmentation warheads has resulted in killing 14 and injuring 24 patients and medical employees of the hospital," the defense ministry said.
The Russian Defense Ministry pointed out that civilian and military health professionals had been providing medical treatment to local civilians and service members at the Novoaidar hospital for many months.
All those wounded in the Ukrainian rocket strike on the district hospital in Novoaidar are receiving medical treatment, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"All the victims are being provided with professional medical aid," the statement said. "The intentional missile strike, launched at the obviously known operating civilian healthcare facility, is an undoubted heinous war crime of the Kiev regime."
The ministry assured that everyone involved in planning and implementing that crime would be found and brought to justice.

Is helping Ukraine reducing US preparedness, security?
Questions are mounting as to how long the United States can continue to supply Ukraine from its own weapons stockpiles without hindering its own security.
With more than $27 billion in weapons committed to Kyiv since the start of Russia’s Feb. 24, 2022, attack on the country, Washington shows no sign of slowing down on shipping munitions and other lethal aid overseas.
But experts question what that might mean for U.S. military readiness should another conflict arise with China in the near future, with a U.S. defense industry that is far behind where it needs to be to account for a major war.
That concern is merited, according to a new report by the Center for Strategic and International Studies, which found that the U.S. defense-industrial base is ill-prepared for Washington to enter a fight with Beijing over Taiwan’s independence, in addition to aiding Kyiv.
Among the most alarming points in the report was the estimate that the U.S. military would run out of critical long-range, precision-guided munitions within a week should China start a fight in the Taiwan Strait.
The war in Ukraine has “exposed serious deficiencies in the U.S. defense industrial base,” according to Seth Jones, the report’s author.
“Given the lead time for industrial production, it would likely be too late for the defense industry to ramp up production if a war were to occur without major changes,” he said.
The estimate as to how long the U.S. can continue to pull from its own weapons stocks and how fast defense firms can refill them has been a topic of discussion since shortly after the war began.
Since nearly a year ago, Washington has pledged to send Ukraine everything from helmets to high-tech systems, including a Patriot air defense battery, Bradley fighting vehicles, various types of missiles and now M1 Abrams tanks. The military aid, along with that of other Western allies, has been credited with helping the Ukrainian troops beat back Russian forces in the largest land war in Europe since World War II.
But the war, which currently has no end in sight, has exposed weaknesses within the U.S. defense industry.
With the U.S. withdrawal of the Afghanistan War in August 2021, the nation found itself not directly involved in a conflict for the first time in 20 years. The end of that American chapter meant a drop in the U.S. of manufactured material needed to produce weapons and ammunition for a war.
Further hampering the weapons supply chain were production delays and worker shortages due to the COVID-19 pandemic, defense firms claimed.

13 men allegedly preying on kids on Oahu arrested
Thirteen men, between the ages of 22 and 61, were arrested on Oahu over the weekend as part of the ongoing Operation Keiki Shield effort, through which a federal, state and county law enforcement task force aims to track down adults who prey on children.
During a news conference Wednesday at the Honolulu Police Department’s headquarters, Chief Arthur “Joe ” Logan said nine of the men arrested were charged at the state level with commercial sexual exploitation of a minor or electronic enticement of a child in the first degree. Both are Class B felonies punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
Each of the other four men, three active-duty Army members and one Marine, faces a charge of attempted sexual abuse of a child under article 80 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Punishment for the crime varies according to the circumstances, but is similar to the state penalties, officials said.
Logan said all of the suspects have local addresses and were either arrested by HPD or the military. “This week’s arrests confirm what we in law enforcement know too well, ” he said. “That there are many individuals who will seek out and prey on the most vulnerable in our community, our keiki.”
Justin Joshua Serrano Eugenio, Kristian Goodwin, Jefferson Manuales Ibalio, Darryl K.F. Fong, Benedict Gomez, Jose De Jesus Castillo and Gregory Dane Oniate were all arrested and charged with commercial sexual exploitation of a minor after they each allegedly offered an undercover law enforcement officer either $150, $200, or $250 in exchange for sex acts, according to state court records. Bail for the men ranges between $15, 000 and $25, 000.
Charles S. Tothina and Arjay Aranda Baniaga, aka “R.J., ” were arrested and charged with electronic enticement of a child in the first degree. Both men had bail set at $15, 000.
U.S. Army soldiers Shelton Keith, Jeff Harmon and Devin Eddy were arrested by Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division agents and charged with attempted sexual abuse of a child, under the Uniform Code of Military Justice. A U.S. Marine was arrested by agents of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service but his name is pending release by the U.S. Department of the Navy.
Hawaii’s Internet Crime Against Children Task Force is part of a national network of 61 coordinated task forces, representing over 5, 400 federal, state and local law enforcement officers “dedicated to investigating, prosecuting and developing effective responses to internet crimes against children, ” according to the national ICAC website.

A Big New Zealand Study Reveals High Rates of Kidney Injury After the Pfizer Jab
1,800 more cases than expected followed the shots, one for every 2,200 completed vaccinations; the finding is more evidence that the jabs may cause cardiovascular damage.
Drawing on a national database of over four million people, researchers in New Zealand have found a strong association between Pfizer’s mRNA Covid shot and kidney injuries.
In the three weeks after a mRNA jab, the risk of acute kidney injury rose 60 percent, the researchers found. They reported almost 1,800 extra cases – the equivalent of over 100,000 extra cases of kidney injury in the United States.
The finding was posted as a “preprint” in The Lancet’s database on Friday, Jan. 20. It is the third signal from a large government-managed database linking the Pfizer’s mRNA shots to serious side effects in only the last six weeks.

Italy to supply air defense systems to Ukraine, Tajani confirms
Italy will send air defence systems to Ukraine to help the embattled country repel Russia’s 11-month-old invasion, foreign minister Antonio Tajani said on Wednesday, confirming remarks he made in a newspaper interview last week.
“Italy is an integral part of the European Union and of Nato and as a result we are working with our allies to defend Ukraine’s independence,” Tajani told Rtl radio news.
“But for now we are only sending air defence systems,” Tajani stated.
Italy will keep sending humanitarian aid and electrical materials to back a United Nations plan to secure the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, Tajani said.
In an interview with Italian daily Corriere della Sera on Sunday, Tajani said Italy is teaming up with France to include in its sixth aid package for Ukraine the Samp-T – a truck-based air defence system.
Italy could supply further (unspecified) military aid to Ukraine throughout this year under a decree currently being examined by Parliament “which will always be informed on each initiative and future despatch of military materials,” Tajani told Corriere della Sera.
The Samp-T air defense system is designed to tackle cruise missiles, manned and unmanned aircraft and tactical ballistic missiles.

Alzheimer's Association Hides New Partnership With Lobbying Group for Assisted Suicide
Selling assisted suicide to "historically marginalized communities" is a difficult business, because it tends to kill prospective clients and smacks of eugenics. Compassion & Choices, the nation's largest and most active assisted suicide lobbying group, has found a new way to remedy this. It has enlisted the help—and data—of a trusted brand: the Alzheimer's Association.
It's a bizarre fit. While the Alzheimer's Association spends considerable resources to overcome what it describes as "the stigma" of Alzheimer's and dementia, the CEO of Compassion & Choices, Kim Callinan, has described dementia as "a fate worse than death."
Compassion & Choices was known as the Hemlock Society until the group's support for fellow member Jack Kevorkian—and his increasing number of so-called mercy killings—tainted the brand. While the Hemlock Society celebrated Kevorkian's actions, the Alzheimer's Association issued a statement in opposition, noting that "we must … affirm the right to dignity and life for every Alzheimer patient and cannot condone suicide."
George Soros, whose mother was a member of the Hemlock Society, poured millions into the assisted suicide movement through his Open Society Foundations, in part to help the Hemlock Society rebrand itself as Compassion & Choices.
Once at loggerheads, Compassion & Choices and the Alzheimer's Association announced last December that, together, they will focus on a shared effort to improve "end-of-life care" to people with dementia in the "Black, Latino, Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI), and LGBTQ communities," according to a press release from Compassion & Choices. Together, the organizations will create national webinars, host conferences and local events, share data, "and more," according to the press release.
Compassion & Choices appears more enthusiastic about the partnership than its counterpart. The organization issued two press releases while the Alzheimer's Association said nothing. Neither organization responded to multiple interview requests. Days before publication, in a phone call with a director of diversity, equity, and inclusion engagement, the Alzheimer's Association agreed to send in comments to Washington Free Beacon about key questions raised from this report. By 5:00 p.m. on Friday, the association had not done so.
Now critics are raising concerns about the Alzheimer's Association's new partnership—which, contrary to its own policy to share "partnership information with all constituents," remains undisclosed on its own website.
Compassion & Choices isn't an "end-of-life care" organization but an assisted suicide lobby group, although its website describes the practice as "medical aid in dying." It spends considerable effort redefining what "end-of-life care" encompasses, and between 2017 and 2020, Compassion & Choices spent over $2 million on lobbying for assisted suicide, despite its own admission that certain people who shouldn't qualify for assisted suicide in the United States have already qualified.
"It is a very bad look for the Alzheimer's Association, who have done so much for patients, to form a partnership with the leading proponent organization for assisted suicide laws, putting people with dementia and other intellectual disabilities at grave risk of deadly harm," said Matt Vallière, the executive director of the Patients' Rights Action Fund, an advocacy group against legalizing assisted suicide.

Of the more than 2,100 assisted deaths in Oregon, only 1 has been African American; in the state of Washington, 92 percent of assisted suicide deaths have been white.

UK Gov Suspends Vax for Healthy Under-50s, Corporate 'Fact Checkers' Obfuscate
The UK government’s Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) just updated its official COVID-19 vaccination guidelines:
“The 2021 booster offer (third dose) for persons aged 16 to 49 years who are not in a clinical risk group should close in alignment with the close of the autumn 2022 vaccination campaign… primary course COVID-19 vaccination should move, over the course of 2023, towards a more targeted offer during vaccination campaigns to protect those persons at higher risk of severe COVID-19.”
Amazingly, after totally neglecting it for three years, the UK authorities now acknowledge the immunizing power of natural immunity acquired through previous infection: “It is estimated that over 97% of adults in England had SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, either from infection or vaccination, by the end of August 2022. In Great Britain, an estimated 93 to 99% of children aged 12 to 15 years, and 74 to 98% of children aged 8 to 11 years, had antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 at the end of August 2022.”
But there’s still no forthright explanation of side effects like myocarditis and strokes or the corporate malfeasance that Pfizer and Moderna used to rig the clinical trials to get their emergency use authorizations.
Rather than acknowledging its misdeeds, the UK government instead plans to gradually shift its guidelines and hope no one inquires why it took them three years to publicly acknowledge basic facts like natural immunity. The same essential process is currently underway in the United States as Public Health™ authorities pass the buck like a hot potato.
For its part, the Associated Press published a “fact check” titled ” UK not banning COVID-19 vaccines for people under 50″ to run cover for the government and big pharma:
“CLAIM: The United Kingdom is banning anyone under the age of 50 from getting COVID-19 vaccines.
AP’S ASSESSMENT: False. While the country will stop widely providing the vaccine to those under 50 next month, anyone deemed to have a clinical need, such as those at risk of severe illness, as well as frontline healthcare workers and caregivers, will still be able to get the shot.
THE FACTS: Social media users are claiming the UK is prohibiting any and all people under the age of 50 from getting inoculated against COVID-19.”
What an odd headline, and even odder content, for a “fact check.” No credible critic of the vax ever claimed that the UK “banned” these products for anyone; rather, the advisory committee dropped their guidelines that anyone who is healthy and under 50 should get injected.
This is a perfect example of how the corporate “fact check” scam works: they pick out an obscure claim made on some internet forum by a single person — maybe even a bot — and then claim that’s the consensus narrative in the alternative media. Then they use that distorted assertion as a strawman piñata. Ultimately, the real, legitimate criticism of their masters in the corporate state is obscured by taking the reader down a separate rabbit hole.

Convicted paedophile given custody of young girl and gets her pregnant - as authorities believe 'he poses low risk to kids'
A convicted child sex offender was given custody of a child before getting her pregnant, despite authorities knowing about his criminal record, a report has found.
The victim, known as Ruby, was abused for several years by the man, who was her legal guardian, according to a report by the Leeds Safeguarding Children Partnership, made up of council officers, and local NHS and police leaders.
Ruby then became pregnant and needed a partnership, and it was only at this point that the campaign of abuse came to light.
Some concerns were raised about the paedophile's previous criminal record, but the local authorities did not look for more legal advice before giving the girl into his care.
The report found that the authorities who decided to grant the man custody "over-relied" on old information which led them to believe that he posed a “relatively low risk to young girls”
The man "gave the appearance of co-operating" and authorities did not show any "professional curiosity" in the fact that he could be a predator.
The victim told the review into her abuse that at first she did not understand what he had done to her as abuse, because it had “always” happened for as long as she could remember.
The predator threatened to commit suicide if she told anyone about the abuse.
The report said: “Throughout the process of this review, neither the independent author nor the independent chair have heard from any professional who has not expressed concern regarding the decision made in court.
"Yet, at the time, all trusted the assessment of risk that (the offender) could potentially pose and accepted the court decision.”
Commenting on the report, the partnership said: “We commissioned a fully independent child safeguarding practice review in relation to Ruby and the multi-agency services that she and her family received.
“Significant changes to systems and practice have been implemented as a result of the important learning achieved through the review, and other related multi-agency developments are underway that will result in further improvement.
“The Leeds Safeguarding Children Partnership Executive and the wider children and young people’s partnership are fully committed to continually reviewing how agencies in Leeds work together to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people in Leeds.”

After more than 24 hours, at 22:00 UTC on the 26th, a Google search for that Reuters headline produced “Your search – “U.S. arms exports up 49% in fiscal 2022″ – did not match any documents.” Five hours later, at 2:37 UTC on the 27th, the findings were “Your search – “U.S. arms exports up 49% in fiscal 2022″ – did not match any documents.” — exactly the same thing.
If that news wasn’t actually published anywhere, then all of the ‘news’-media fail their most-basic obligation to the public: to provide facts that are crucial in order for the public to understand — instead of to mislead the public to misinterpret and misunderstand — the most important news of the day: to misunderstand the events that are shaping our future history.
If, instead, that news was published somewhere but Google refused to produce a find of that extremely important news-report, then Google fails its most-basic obligation to the public, because it’s not letting the public understand the world; it is instead hiding crucial important facts so as to encourage misunderstanding.
So, I then did a Yandex search for that headline, “U.S. arms exports up 49% in fiscal 2022”, and it found only four finds, which were the Reuters direct news-report, plus three obscure appearances of that headline, one from Moldova, one from Vietnam, and one from Poland — nothing at all mainstream or even ‘alt-news’ anywhere. And, five hours later, it was the same four finds plus two more — one from Tanzania, and the other an obscure personal-finance site, neither of which two additional sites, when I clicked onto it, actually had that headline or news-report on it.
Yandex isn’t American but Russian. Its main person and founder is the Russian-Maltese-Israeli (all three citizenships) billionaire Arkady Volozh, who resigned as the company’s CEO on 30 December 2022 because he had been sanctioned by the EU for being a Russian billionaire who had kept his Russian citizenship and residence after Russia invaded Ukraine on 24 February 2022.
As for Google, it was, behind the scenes, founded and is controlled by the Pentagon, CIA, and some Stanford University professors.
So far as I can tell from those two Web-searches, that Reuters news-report, which like all such had been sent out from that news-agency to thousands of news-media around the world, wasn’t published by any of them.
It’s remarkable but — otherwise than here — unremarked-upon. And, though investors in America’s suppliers to the military benefit from controlling their markets (the U.S Government and its ‘allies’ or vassal-nations), the actual performance of the U.S. military ever since the end of WW II (in places such as Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, and many others) has been poor. When profits instead of the nation’s actual defense are the main motivation for a nation’s military expenditures, enormous waste and a stunningly unsucessful military are the result. For example, Russia, where the Government controls the corporations that make its weapons, spends one-twentieth what the U.S. does on its military, but no one would say that its military is only one-twentieth as effective.
A good case can be made that this Ukraine-war boom in American-made military-equipment sales is the main immediate aim of the individuals who control U.S.-and-allied countries. Manitoba community set to open safe drop-off site where people can surrender infants anonymously
Gems for Gems founder Jordan Guildford said the Hope's Cradle initiative was a response to cases of infants being found abandoned in places like garbage bins. The first location opened in Alberta in 2021.
"We don't know what it's like to be in anyone else's shoes…. All we can do is try to understand what we see and try to be there for the people that are in need," Guildford said.
Some women who surrender their infants are vulnerable or exploited, she said.

Search underway for missing radioactive capsule in WA
A search is officially underway to locate a missing radioactive capsule lost between Perth and the Pilbara region.
It’s been confirmed the capsule can’t be weaponised, though it could cause serious health problems if not handled safely.
Cleanup crews are searching for the silver capsule measuring six by eight millimetres along a stretch of highway near Newman.
Anyone who suspects they may have found the capsule should contact fire and emergency services.
Authorities are continuing to investigate how the capsule went missing.

FDA Proposes to Ease Restrictions on Gay and Bisexual Men Donating Blood
On Friday, the FDA proposed new guidelines that would remove the restriction that gay and bisexual men in monogamous relationships abstain from sex before donating blood.
Under the new proposed guidelines, time-based deferrals for men who have sex with men (MSM) and women who have sex with MSM would be eliminated.
“The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today announced it is proposing a change from time-based deferrals to assessing blood donor eligibility using gender-inclusive, individual risk-based questions to reduce the risk of transfusion-transmitted HIV,” the agency said in a statement Friday. “This proposal is in line with policies in place in countries like the United Kingdom and Canada.”
“These draft recommendations are based on the FDA’s careful review of available information, including data from other countries with similar HIV epidemiology that have instituted this approach, as well as ongoing surveillance of the U.S. blood supply. Based on the available data, the agency believes the implementation of the proposed individual risk-based questions will not compromise the safety or availability of the blood supply,” the agency continued.
During the AIDS crisis in the 1980s, the FDA banned men who had sex with other men from ever donating blood again. In 2015, the agency eased the rule, making it possible for gay and bisexual males to donate blood if they had not engaged in sexual activity during the previous year, according to CNBC.
As a result of a shortage of blood donors during the Covid pandemic, the FDA further eased restrictions in April 2020, allowing gay and bisexual individuals who had not engaged in sexual activity within the past three months to donate blood.
“Whether it’s for someone involved in a car accident, or for an individual with a life-threatening illness, blood donations save lives every day,” said FDA Commissioner Robert M. Califf, M.D.
“Maintaining a safe and adequate supply of blood and blood products in the U.S. is paramount for the FDA, and this proposal for an individual risk assessment, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, will enable us to continue using the best science to do so,” he added.
“Our approach to this work has always been, and will continue to be, based on the best available science and data. Over the years, this data-driven process has enabled us to revise our policies thereby increasing those eligible to donate blood while maintaining appropriate safeguards to protect recipients,” said Peter Marks, M.D., Ph.D., director of the FDA’s Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research.
“We will continue to follow the best available scientific evidence to maintain an adequate supply of blood and minimize the risk of transmitting infectious diseases and are committed to finalizing this draft guidance as quickly as possible,” he continued.

The time-based deferrals for men who have sex with men (MSM) and women who have sex with MSM would be eliminated.
The current donor history questionnaire would be revised to ask all prospective donors about new or multiple sexual partners in the past three months.
Prospective donors who report having a new sexual partner, or more than one sexual partner in the past three months, would then be asked about a history of anal sex in the past three months.
All prospective donors who report having a new sexual partner or more than one sexual partner and had anal sex in the past three months would be deferred from donation.
Under this proposal, a prospective donor who does not report having new or multiple sexual partners, and anal sex in the past three months, may be eligible to donate, provided all other eligibility criteria are met.

Massive Fire Mysteriously Occurs At Egg Farm In Connecticut
This won’t help the egg shortage.
Several fire crews were called to a massive fire that occurred at an egg farm in Bozrah, Connecticut on Saturday afternoon.
The fire occurred at Hillandale Farms located on Schwartz Road.
At the time of this writing fire crews from Colchester, Salem, Lebanon, and several other towns are all responding to the scene to put out the blaze.
The Colchester Fire Department told the press the large scale fire has even caused water issues and more water tankers are being called to the scene.
As of now it’s not clear if anyone was hurt or trapped inside the chicken coop where the blaze started
