I don't know about "armed force" but I think Canada might need liberating even more than good old USA.

It would be hard to get by without the grid, for sure. However, with massive casualties (hopefully not, of course) and loss of electronic money I'd think the remaining small bills and coin (some actual silver) would suffice, no?

If these codes are in place people should not use conventional medical care at all, if possible. This is because they will make payment contingent on you revealing your status. I think in the background it will be used to identify people with fake cards. This is because your DNA is tagged once you've been vaccinated. So if you say you got Pfizer but there is no "Pfizer tag" on your genetic material when they run PCR or whatever on your body substances then they will know you are lying.
