Obviously, these people are stupid, to put a code in for ‘non-vaxxed’. They have absolutely have no database experience whatsoever (must be using MS excel or something). If the vax status field(s) are empty, then it is an exception, and obviously, they are not vaxxed. WHO is getting paid to implement this???
