State legislators must locate their state "ACTA" contract with the IRS that allows the IRS to collect taxes in their state, which the IRS can not do without contractual permission.
I am certain NONE of our State legislators are ever told about these ACTA contracts, when they are elected. If they are told, they are most likely threatened to shut up about it.

Every state has a contract with the thugs at the IRS, which enslaves the state, and the people.
Reversing this current money flow from FEDS to STATE back to STATE first then to FEDS, will take the same process it took for people to legalize weed, state by state. It will also put states in firm control of the Federal system as was intended, bottom up power.
Hopefully this ACTA sample, and law links, will help our state legislators destroy the IRS, so that the states can Constitutionally collect any tax, per capita, thus, taking control of the purse of the Federal system, as was intended by the Constitution.
It would also rid us of the Unconstitutional court systems, leaving only true Article III courts.
The states must be used to fight the Feds, and put the Federal beast back in the cage.
States can also coin their own money backed by gold and silver. It would be a form of old colonial script, but, backed by gold, silver, instead of colonial GDP. (Real, backed, non electric competitive currency for coined by each state, with reciprocity agreements between the states)
Destroy the FED and the IRS.
It would free the nation of both sides of the "money monopoly" by the Fed globalist bankers.
For the founders, the point of Constitutionally forbidding the direct tax on citizens was to create a structural barrier to physical tyranny.
The intent was to force the FEDS to fight states for funding, instead of murdering, hanging, terrorizing citizens as was done under the Kings of old.
Today, it is a weapon our people, our states, and our nation can use to free the states and the nation from global tyranny.
And remember.
No matter what arguments (((they))) send the trolls out with, it is WE THE PEOPLE who get the last say, no matter what.
Its not as much about what the law IS, because they LIE.
It is VERY MUCH about how the law needs to be to save the nation.
