Those phones do have a slightly reflective LED surface. If you take a camera to your LED TV at home, and hold it as if you were taking a picture of the reflection on your TV screen (of your face) then USE YOUR CAMERA to obscure part of your face with it, then you'd get whatever might be being displayed on the TV in conjunction with the reflection of the screen when you take the picture (flash off, of course).
It explains the lighter hair color in the Ear pic. It explains why what we're seeing obscuring the face is the backside of the phone taking the picture, also. Q is LITERALLY DJT, and this is his REVEAL PHASE.

LCD/LED Screens have a reflective surface. Take your phone, pull up the camera app. Put your face in front of the LCD/LED screen to get a reflection. NOW hold your phone up as if to take a picture of the LCD/LED screen. Snap it. You just took a picture of your reflection in the LCD/LED screen with your phone obscuring part of your face.
