always the same, its one of their signs
had an old coworker who always wore black glasses
one day I saw him in his office w/o the glasses working on his computer
asked him if he got contacts, since he always wore those glasses
he said, no, the glasses are fake, his eyesight is fine
inquired why he wears them then?
he says, he had an image consultant once who told him to wear them to gain respect of others
this is the same coworker who was openly terrified of OWLS (the bird kind, but maybe not..)
asked him about the owls once, and he refused to give me any infoz, pretty much telling me if he told me, he'd have to kill me
also went shooting with him once at the range, he's a good shot, always carried concealed at work
he was from Philly, but had spent quite a bit of time in the whole NE area…and his whole family is Italian.
