Memphis, TN– Six Leaders of the Conservative Vice Lords/Concrete Cartel Street Gang, a nation-wide street gang with its origin and home base in Chicago, Illinois, were recently sentenced for federal Racketeering (RICO), Business and Pharmacy Robberies, Firearms and Drug Trafficking charges.
