In all of her screaming & freaking, she was totally aware of his comment that she wasn't sorry that she cut in line. That grown ass woman wearing a little girl's backpack with little doo dad fobs hanging on it was causing this scene to escape the check out without paying for her merchandise. She was causing a distraction. They do this anytime they're caught doing something they know is not acceptable in society. Pray she doesn't have kids!
