It's a statistical likelihood that both exist, just not in the forms people tend to assume for them. I've seen 3 demons in my life so I can undoubtedly-believe they're present but I wouldn't cast aside the idea if I'd not, probability tells us that technically most anything is possible given enough time has passed for a result to manifest.
